What reason you leaving from your employers: employer 1: MALAY EMPLOYER hv 8 person with me bcm 9, ma'am,sir, n ma'am sister, 3 kids 8,7 & 2 n hv twins baby also. Reason leave I can't handle to takecare.my jop takecare children, cleaning, cooking also first I do know wht is my jop bcs agency Indonesia gv me I'm just follow only, employer 2: MALAY EMPLOYER hv 7 adults with me bcm 8. My jop takecare Grandpa, cooking n cleaning. Grandpa sick stroke only sleep in bed sometimes I need bring grandpa go to hospital to appointment. Reason I'm leave grandpa pass away family going bck to Malaysia, after I go back to Indonesia
EMPLOYER 3. Chinese 3 people, akong Ahma n grandson 18yrs old. My jop cleaning, cooking n takecare 2 dog. The reason leave I can't than with grandson alwys ask me wake up in the night to wash clothes n cooking,I try to talk with my agency,my agency this my employer grandson . I'm complaint just talk to me TAHAN /SABAR . after I ask to gv me send bck to Indonesia,
Employer 4. 2 adults sir ma'am n baby 10mnths n 4yrs old . My jop takecare children, cooking, cleaning,n takecare DOG .n marketing. Reason leave. My employer no need helper again.
EMPLOYER 5: CHINESE 2 adults sir, ma'am n 2 kids 13 n 10 yrs old my jop cleaning, takecare children feach n bring go to school n takecare 2 DOG. Reason leave I can't tahan alwys overtm work until 1/2 clock night.everyday wash car, alwys need open the door need waiting employer cm bck frm work to open the door.. bring keys but ask helper to waiting bcs cm bck need prepare to dinner. N my salary also gv me alwys half" after I'm talk nicely with employer nver respond, after I complaint to MOM then MOM cm employer not happy n directly send me back.
